This role combines interaction with seniors, planning of programs, and requires effective communication skills. You will participate in team meetings and contribute to creating a positive setting, all while ensuring residents enjoy enriching experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement engaging activities for residents
• Maintain records of individual participation in programs
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff
• Facilitate outings and ensure residents’ enjoyment
• Assist in evaluating daily activities and meal services

Requirements:
• College diploma in Recreation or related field
• Experience working with seniors is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license for resident transport
