You'll facilitate client meetings, enter designs into administrative systems, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in RFP reviews and documentation interpretation
• Map plan design details on the necessary templates




• Facilitate client meetings to gather requirements and review documents
• Enter and maintain client structure in the system
• Resolve issues and process plan changes effectively

Requirements:
• Degree in business, administration, or related field
• 3-5 years’ experience in benefits administration
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Proficient in MS Office tools
