Interior Health is in search of an experienced Community Health Worker to provide essential care to clients in Barriere, BC. This role involves assisting with daily personal care, meal preparation, and mobility support while observing client health changes. As a crucial part of a dedicated team of Nurses and LPNs, you will help maintain the well-being of those you serve.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as grooming
• Prepare meals following dietary plans and client needs




• Support mobility and safe transfers for clients
• Maintain a clean and safe household environment
• Observe and report significant changes in client conditions

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12
• Graduation from a recognized care aide program
• Registration with BC Care Aide and Community Health Worker
• Valid BC Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
• Flexible availability to work as needed
