Contribute to child and family welfare as a Family Support Worker in the Social Services department. Provide direct client support and participate in service coordination for impactful assistance.
As a Family Support Worker under the guidance of the Supervisor, you will engage in general administration and help coordinate services within the unit. Your role includes delivering direct support to clients and families, ensuring their needs are met effectively, and handling additional duties as required by the Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in general unit administration and coordination
• Provide direct support to individual clients and families
• Participate in service coordination and planning
• Collaborate with the Supervisor on case management
• Perform related duties assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements:
• Commitment to child and family welfare
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Flexibility to adapt to various client needs
• Relevant experience or qualifications in social services
