Lead youth support initiatives as an Overnight Shift Supervisor at Covenant House. This full-time role focuses on managing residential care and supervising a dedicated team of staff.

Covenant House is seeking two Overnight Shift Supervisors for its Resident Services Department. In this awake overnight position, you'll oversee daily operations, ensure safety, and support the development of staff. With responsibilities that include team management, youth admissions/discharges, and case management, your role will directly impact the lives of young people experiencing crisis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily shift and supervise 5 FT and 8 PT staff
• Oversee safety and security across the building




• Conduct interviews for new hires and evaluate team performance
• Ensure adherence to Covenant House policies and procedures
• Engage with youth using Trauma Informed Approaches

Requirements:
• Degree in Child and Youth Work or equivalent
• 4 years’ experience in a shelter or residential setting
• 3 years’ supervisory experience
• Knowledge of adolescent developmental theory
• First Aid, CPR, and basic computer skills
