Express Employment London is currently recruiting for a Collections Officer, for our well established and growing client in South London.

Base: $40k per year + monthly performance bonus

Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

Job Description:

Collecting of non-legal and legal files (20 debtor contacts a day)

Correspondence with client's

Preparing files for legal action

Processing payments

Claims solicitation

Attend at weekly Work Progress and Review meetings, collection meetings and training seminars, occasionally outside normal business hours, as required by Manager

Locate debtors using telephone directories, the Internet and a variety of other means

Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Experience in a similar role is ideal but not a requirement.

Must have solid personality and interpersonal skills.

Strong typing and computer skills.
