This full-time seasonal role requires collaboration with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs. You'll prepare nutritious Heli Lunches for guests, assist with the staff meal program, and maintain high cleanliness standards. The position also includes managing the dish area and overseeing recycling efforts to ensure an eco-friendly kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Prepare appealing Heli Lunches for guests and staff
• Assist chefs with meal prep and kitchen operations
• Coach staff on dishwashing tasks and best practices
• Implement the Lodge's recycling program

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of cooking experience
• Background in lodge or equivalent environments
• Knowledge of FOODSAFE and first aid
• Robust interpersonal skills in team settings
• Flexible in response to dynamic kitchen needs
