We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to support our clients across the Tri-Cities region , including Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody . Successful candidates will join our casual/contract/permanent pool , providing short-term coverage and support as needed.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of customer service experience

Intermediate proficiency in MS Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook

Strong and accurate data entry skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with clients

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to learn and contribute as part of a team

Versatile availability , including the ability to work on short notice and adapt to different workplaces

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with internal controls

Collaborate with internal teams or external vendors/clients

Maintain confidentiality of client information





Meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced or transition environment
