Join our team as a part time Lab Patient Technician focused on specimen collection and patient interaction. You'll play a critical role in patient care while working flexible hours during the week and Saturdays.

In this critical role, you will greet patients, perform essential specimen collections, and ensure adherence to test protocols. Key activities include conducting phlebotomies, managing Holter monitors, and undertaking ECG tracings. Your ability to maintain client relationships and perform accurate data entry will allow you to contribute meaningfully to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and explain specimen collection processes
• Perform phlebotomies and connect/disconnect Holter monitors




• Conduct special test collections and complete documentation
• Respond to patient inquiries and maintain relationships
• Prepare specimens for transportation and testing

Requirements:
• Graduate of an approved Laboratory Assistant program preferred
• Phlebotomy experience is an asset
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Strong customer service and empathy
• Flexibility to work varying hours and maintain confidentiality
