As a permanent full time Operations Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in our logistics team. Your responsibilities will include negotiating rates and proactively tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery. Key Responsibilities:
• Arrange transport for FTL and LTL shipments
• Negotiate rates with carriers to secure services
• Track and trace shipments to completion




• Communicate shipment details with customers
• Submit necessary documents to Customs Brokers

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Transborder Operations
• Knowledge of LTL/FTL systems like Forward Air
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems
• General customs knowledge for Canada & USA
• Working knowledge of Loadlink and White glove freight
