As an Evaluation Associate, you will contribute to Healthier Together’s mission by facilitating evaluation projects across Alberta's primary care system. This role requires expertise in implementation science, participatory evaluation, and collaborative methods. Your leadership will help assess health impacts, promote data-driven insights, and engage stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead collaborative evaluation planning with internal and external partners
• Analyze data to measure program outcomes and impacts
• Develop evaluation plans and reporting templates
• Mentor staff in implementing local health initiatives
• Communicate evaluation results effectively to stakeholders
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in evaluation or health-related field
• 5 years of applied evaluation experience
• Skills in mixed methods data collection and analysis
• Proficient in designing logic models and surveys
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
