As an Assistant Teacher, you will enhance learning experiences by supporting the Lead Teacher with engaging activities and daily routines. Foster independence, communication, and emotional navigation among toddlers in a secure and consistent environment. Your role directly influences children's development as they move through various learning spaces throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Lead Teacher with engaging classroom activities
• Provide consistent support for children throughout the day
• Help children navigate emotions and transitions




• Support daily routines including meals and nap time
• Maintain a safe and engaging environment for all

Requirements:
• Alberta Early Childhood Educator certification (ECE Level 2 or 3 preferred)
• Experience with toddlers or preschoolers preferred
• Warm and patient approach with young children
• Understanding of early childhood development principles
• Strong communication skills for family engagement
