About the Role: Baker (Part-Time, Night) As a Baker at Loblaws , you'll be at the heart of the bakery department — taking customer orders, accurately labelling products , maintaining product displays, and making sure the department stays clean, organized, and well-stocked. You'll also play a front-line role in answering customer questions and sharing your knowledge about the products available.

Provide outstanding customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and sharing product knowledge with shoppers
Accurately scan and label products to ensure customers receive the right items with correct information

Keep the department area organized throughout the shift to support efficiency and cleanliness
Uphold established health and safety standards at all times on the floor
Requirements / Skills Loblaws is looking for someone who brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail , and a willingness to learn. Flexibility to work a variety of hours , including days, evenings, nights, and weekends as needed
Demonstrated customer service skills and a friendly, helpful approach with shoppers
Physical ability to move up to 50 lbs and remain in constant mobility for an entire shift
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Motivated to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks and departments
Candidates 18 years or older will be required to complete a criminal background check as part of the application process
