• Deliver member service and address labor relations
• Lead collective bargaining and grievance processes

Requirements:
• Minimum three years labor relations experience
• Experience in collective agreements negotiation
• Grievance processing knowledge
• Healthcare sector experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
