VON Canada is seeking a part time Registered Practical Nurse for our Visiting Nursing program. This role allows you to practice to your full scope while connecting with clients of all ages across diverse settings, including homes and clinics. Ideal candidates will have a passion for holistic care and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct client assessments and provide personalized care
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for holistic care
• Administer medications as per guidelines




• Perform wound care and chronic disease management
• Engage in rehabilitative and palliative care processes

Requirements:
• Licensed as a Registered Practical Nurse in Ontario
• Experience in community health preferred
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Ability to pass a Criminal Records Check
• Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
