The Near North District School Board is Hiring!Permanent Human Resources Administrator - HRIS & Process ImprovementEffective ImmediatelyLocation: North Bay Head Office (On-site)The Near North District School Board is seeking a agile, analytical, and process‐focused HR professional to join our Human Resources team as the HR Administrator –HRIS & Process Improvement. Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving systems, streamlining processes, and ensuring high data quality. You will lead the optimization of our HR systems and workflows, strengthen HR data integrity, and support the Board's HR modernization strategy.Key Responsibilities include:Serve as the primary administrator and functional lead for the HRIS (K212 HRP)Support the integration and optimisation of systems such as EasyConnect (ATS and absence replace system), Parklane (disability case management) and other related HR platforms and systemsImprove HR processes related to hiring, onboarding, employee changes, leaves, return‐to‐work, and terminationsLead data integrity initiatives, including audits, clean‐up, exception reporting, and standardizationDevelop and deliver HR data and operational reports, dashboards, and key performance indicatorsProvide role‐based HRIS training, tools, and resources to HR team membersSupport documentation and standardization of workflows, processes, and checklistsIdentify opportunities for automation and efficiencies across HR functionsLiaise with Payroll, Finance,



Information Technology, and system vendors to resolve issues and optimize system useExperience & Qualifications:Post‐secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related fieldCertified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation or ability to obtain is an asset3-5 years of experience with HRIS administration (experience with K212 HRP is an asset)Demonstrated experience improving HR processes and building workflowsStrong analytical and technical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and database / reporting toolsDetail‐oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to maintain confidentiality, data security, and professional discretion at all timesStrong communication and training skills, with the ability to explain systems to non‐technical usersHours of work: 35 hours a week (Monday to Friday)Annual Salary: $81,263.00Applicants must be legally eligible to work in CanadaThe Near North District School Board is committed to supporting an inclusive andaccessible environment.
