You'll collaborate with teams to create inviting spaces that encourage participation and monitor resident engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement recreational activities for seniors
• Create engaging environments to stimulate participation
• Foster communication with residents, families, and volunteers




• Observe and document changes in resident engagement
• Collaborate with departments to enhance resident activities

Requirements:
• Experience working with seniors, ideally in long-term care
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in recreation or related field
• Enrolled in a relevant program with the intent to complete it
• Degree in health care with recreational service experience
• Knowledge of therapeutic programming and assessment techniques
