Shape mental health services at IWK Health as the Clinical Leader for Integrated Day Treatment in Halifax. This full-time role focuses on efficient clinical operations and patient care enhancement.

In this permanent position, you’ll report to the Manager of Integrated Day Treatment and oversee clinical care delivery aligned with the objectives of the Mental Health & Addictions Program. Your leadership will not only foster an engaging environment but also require a strong commitment to collaborative problem-solving, family-centered care, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support planning and organization of clinical operations
• Model professional nursing practices
• Enhance patient care through effective communication




• Cultivate a collaborative and innovative team workplace
• Promote a commitment to anti-racism and inclusivity

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Licensed with the Nova Scotia Nursing and Midwifery Regulatory Nurses
• Minimum five years of relevant clinical experience
• Certification in CPR Level-C Healthcare Provider
• Non-violent Crisis Intervention certification

Lead with a focus on patient-centered care and foster development in the Integrated Day Treatment team at IWK Health.
