As a Scheduling Clerk, you will utilize your solid organizational and customer service skills while implementing manager-approved schedule changes. Your role will also include managing attendance records and responding to staff inquiries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule staff considering needs and regulations
• Maintain accurate scheduling documentation and payroll edits
• Respond to inquiries via email and in person
• Coordinate with home management on staffing levels
• Ensure compliance with existing agreements and legislation
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in office administration
• Minimum two years of experience in scheduling roles
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
