As a Personal Support Worker at AgeCare, you will support residents based on their individual care plans. Your role includes monitoring care, documenting observations, and attending educational workshops. You will also assist in onboarding new staff and adhere to infection prevention protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor resident care to ensure adherence to care plans
• Document relevant information regarding resident care
• Attend in-service education sessions and staff meetings
• Assist in onboarding new staff members as needed




• Follow IPAC policies and procedures in all activities

Requirements:
• Graduation from a Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma Program
• Knowledge of simple treatments and bedside care techniques
• Understanding of sanitation practices and geriatric needs
• Commitment to providing high-quality resident care
• Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment
