Graham is recruiting a Project Accountant for its Buildings Division, reporting to the Operations Finance Controller. You will handle comprehensive accounting support for building projects, contributing to budgets, reporting, and project controls. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead transactional accounting and month-end close processes
• Manage subtrade contracts, billings, and collections
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations




• Prepare financial reports, cash flow analyses, and support budgets
• Partner with operations on project setup and process improvements

Requirements:
• Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• 8+ years of project accounting experience, ideally in construction
• CPA designation preferred
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Experience in audits and compliance processes
