IQ Resource Group, Inc. in Neenah, WI is seeking an experienced Extrusion Process Technician to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role focuses on troubleshooting and improving extrusion processes, testing tooling, and supporting production to achieve quality and efficiency goals.
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced workplace. Shift: 7am–3pm; overtime may be required to support the production schedule.
