Pay: $20.00 hourly - $2.00 Premium if working between 5:00PM and 5:00AM

Schedule:

- Monday to Thursday from 6:00AM-4:30PM - Day Shift
- Monday to Thursday from 4:30PM-3:00AM - Afternoon/Evening Shift
- Friday to Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Weekend Shift)

Job Description

Advantage Personnel is currently recruiting Warehouse Workers for a busy warehouse environment in Coteau-du-Lac Qc. The successful candidates will be responsible for receiving, picking, packing, sorting, loading, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

- Accurately pick and prepare products according to order specifications.
- Load and unload products from delivery vehicles, pallets, and other transportation equipment.
- Pick, pack, label, sort, wrap, and repack products.
- Scan products and verify quantities, labels, and product information.
- Use RF scanners/terminals for picking, inventory, quality checks, and shipping.
- Inspect products for accuracy, damage, or other issues.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Keep the warehouse, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.




- Operate warehouse equipment and computer systems as required.
- Assist in other warehouse areas and duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Previous warehouse experience is considered an asset.
- 0-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience using RF scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
- Functional French, both written and spoken, is required for positions in Quebec.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and move throughout the warehouse.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
