• Maintain and merchandise the meat department
• Receive and manage incoming meat orders
• Assist the Meat Manager in daily tasks

Requirements:
• Knowledge of meat department operations and skills
• Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment
• High School Diploma required
• Minimum 12 months of relevant experience
• Familiarity with CFIA regulations
