Full Time Sales Associate

Join the Team at The Brick North Bay! The Brick North Bay is an independently owned and operated franchise of Canada’s largest furniture retailer, and we’re growing our sales team! We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who enjoy helping people find the perfect furniture and home furnishings. If you have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent service, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilites
As a sales associate, you have the passion for customer service and thrive in a fast paced setting. This vital quality allows you to be a team oriented individual who enjoys:





Working with others to accomplish both common and personal goals.
Assist customers with their purchases through relationship building.
Maintain knowledge of Brick Products and Policies and Services.
Ability to quickly establish rapport with others that will unquestionably complement your desire to thrive in a commission sales environment.

Qualifications
Previous sales experience with in a retail setting is considered an asset.
Proven ability to multitask and stay organized
Ability to learn new computer applications
High school diploma or equivalent
