What are your contributions to the team?

Support the Global 5500, 6500, and 8000 Final Assembly Lines by assisting with engineering activities and contributing to the timely resolution of production‑related issues.

Assist with Change Management activities, including tracking changes, supporting governance processes, and following up on action items to ensure timely closure.

Contribute to the Bombardier Operational Excellence System by tracking Problem Solving and Process Improvement initiatives, developing tools and applications, and preparing and presenting Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.

Support the Final Line document release process by maintaining databases and coordinating the follow‑up of outstanding actions.

Assist with the investigation, tracking,



and governance of Engineering Technical Issues.

Support the management and governance of Engineering Deliverables by maintaining databases and monitoring action item completion.

Facilitate meetings by preparing presentation materials, capturing meeting minutes, and ensuring timely distribution of documentation.

Build and maintain effective working relationships with cross‑functional teams and various departments across Bombardier.

How to thrive in this role?

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and having successfully completed at least two years of study.

Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast‑paced engineering environment

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with CAD tools is an asset.

Familiarity with Power BI, Python, and Microsoft Project is considered an asset.

Previous work experience and/or completion of an engineering internship is considered an asset.

Boarding Information:

Location: Global 7500/8000

Duration: 12 months

Flexible workplace‑Hybrid

It is significant to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. The base salary for this position is expected to range from CAD $17.95 to CAD $31.00 per hour. The applicable base salary will be determined based on various criteria, at Bombardier’s sole discretion, such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
