We’re working with an established fire sprinkler contractor looking for a Bookkeeper to support their day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping needs.

This is a great opportunity for someone with an accounting background, experience with Jonas Software, and a hands‑on, can‑do attitude .

What you’ll be doing:

Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting duties

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

Assist with invoicing, payments, and reconciliations

Support month-end accounting processes

Assist with job costing and other project‑related accounting

Work with internal teams to resolve billing and accounting questions

Take on other accounting and administrative tasks as needed

What we’re looking for:





Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience

Experience working with Jonas Software

Strong attention to detail and organization

Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities

A hands‑on, can‑do attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed

Experience in construction, mechanical, or fire protection is an asset
