The Implementation Manager is accountable to document requirements, define scope andobjectives, and formulate and communicate to stakeholders to support the strategic Sentrex business solutions. Expert knowledge of UX/UI Design tools is highly desired.We are looking for a highly accountable and flexible individual with passion and ability to work in a high growth-matrix organization. The right candidate will be adept at handling many competing priorities supporting Product Management, Software Development, Quality and Business Solution teams to ensure requirements are testable and unambiguous in developing leading edge Healthcare solutions.A Day in the Life (What you will do here):Communicate with and manage effectively cross functional stakeholders to understand their business requirements and develop a cohesive implementation approach taking into consideration their specific needsManage stakeholder and project expectations through regular meetings, and status reportsTroubleshoot and recommend solutions to implementation problems or challengesIdentifypotential risks and issues and proactively develop mitigation strategiesMonitor the post-implementation solution to ensure it is functioning as intended and providing expected resultsDocument best practices and lessons learned to continuously improve the implementation process and stakeholder satisfactionProactivelyidentifyareas of growth, improvement opportunities and their associated issues and solutions for consideration whileparticipatingin leadership meetingsFacilitate Business reviews to perform analysis of existing current state and future state processes and business solutionsCollaborate with various stakeholders to obtain requirements and translate needs and high-level technical specifications to ensure that operational requirements are accurately representedAnalyze and model business functions, processes, information flows, and data structures using methodical and consistent techniquesDevelop orassistin the development of SOPs, Work instructions, Forms, SOWs,scriptingand process flows as part of the implementationDeliver user flows, wireframes, UX/UI mock-ups, interactive prototypes as defined by each projectobjectiveusing leading industry design toolsIdentifyinformation flows, processes/procedures, and data objects meeting business requirementsManage information collection from various sources and stakeholders to store,maintainand version manage the information. Ensure that processes, designstandardsand procedures are followedUnderstand the relationships, dependencies, and impact of relevant business functionsPrepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trendsPerform reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports asrequiredConduct ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issuesConsult on issues such as business processes, workflow, productivity, quality, and solution designParticipate in strategic customer meetings and other business reviews to ensure understanding of customers’business requirements.Collaborate and communicate with internal stakeholders to support organizational initiatives asrequired.What you need to ensure you are set up for success:Minimum of 5 + years of experience as technical Business Analyst role supporting technology enabled initiatives.Ideally minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing cross functional initiativesIdeally minimum of 5 yearsin systemdevelopment,
