I work from home. My son is in kindergarten and gets out at 2:23 pm. 3 days of the week I work until 3 pm (often off earlier). I would need someone to pick him up after school and either play with him in the school park until I can get there or just walk him home (5 min walk). My son is very energetic and has autism. But he is verbal, potty trained and a milder version. He (usually) listens and does well 1:1. Experience here would be an asset but not required.
I would only need this until I go on maternity in Jan 2027. Im sure after my recent baby is born extra help for pick ups and maybe drops offs could be helpful and discussed also! Honestly I could use all the help I could get. Hubby works 12 hours days 6 days a week and I have no family or friends locally.
