Engage in a part-time role at Eastern Kentucky University as an Education Abroad Student Worker. You'll assist in clerical duties, peer advising, and special projects within the office.
This position is designed for current students enrolled at EKU with a study abroad experience. You'll work closely with the Education Abroad Office, managing paperwork and helping fellow students navigate study opportunities. Strong organizational skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office are preferred, enhancing collaboration and presentation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and file essential paperwork for productive operations
• Provide peer advising to students exploring study abroad
• Present information during sessions and tabling events
• Work on special projects as assigned by supervisors
• Assist with clerical tasks supporting the office
Requirements:
• Must be a current EKU student
• At least one prior study abroad experience
• Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively to peers
• Creative design experience is a plus
Contribute to enriching student experiences and support study abroad initiatives at EKU.
