Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.Job Purpose and ImpactThe Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory (FSQR) Supervisor is responsible for implementing food safety management systems and ensuring ongoing compliance with all regulatory, customer, and company requirements at the assigned facility. In this role, the supervisor will support the leadership team by applying a strong understanding of food safety and quality standards and regulatory expectations. Key responsibilities include auditing processes and documentation, verifying execution of standards on the production floor, and leading or supporting investigations related to food safety, quality, or personnel concerns. The FSQR Supervisor will also provide day‑to‑day leadership to the team, fostering a culture of proactive problem‑solving and continuous improvement. This position plays a critical role in identifying issues, developing corrective actions, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer to maintain and elevate the facility's food safety and quality performance.Key AccountabilitiesMonitor regulatory activities and plant compliance with regulatory foodEnsure adherence to corporate, regulatory and facility food safety and quality requirementsImplement and ensure the on-floor compliance of standard operating procedures,

Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience.
