Become a key player at GoodLife Fitness as a Motivator Customer Service Representative. In this vital role, you will engage with Members and create a welcoming atmosphere at our Clubs.
As a Motivator at GoodLife Fitness, you will be the first point of contact for our Members and Potential Members. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in customer service while ensuring a clean and safe setting. You will assist Members with check-ins, answer queries about fitness equipment, and manage incoming calls efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and check-in Members upon arrival
• Handle calls within three rings and manage appointments
• Assist with questions about FitFix and Cardio machines
• Provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions for new Members
• Maintain cleanliness standards and complete club runs
Requirements:
• CPR-A & AED Certification required
• Smart Tan certification within 3 months
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficient in computers and communication
• Previous experience in customer service and sales
