You establish and manage a trusting relationship with clients and are driven to ensure quality and excellence is delivered at all times.You will work closely with the delivery team to develop project timelines, manage scope and budget, think critically to identify risks, and also filter appropriate communications to/from your delivery team so they can focus on build.You can support the delivery team with the ability to lead requirements gathering and elaboration sessions, and ensure that the solution meets the key business objectives of the project.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGDevelop and monitor a detailed project planAssist in defining scope and managing expectations with the clientEnsure appropriate stakeholders are available and engaged in a timely mannerManage the client communications to ensure appropriate stakeholders are interacting with the appropriate team membersSupport the delivery team by thinking critically about business problems, and assist with developing a solutionWork closely with the delivery team to ensure members are not blockedProvide support to delivery team during deploymentsEnsure deliverables are met both internally and by the clientMeasure project performance and report to the client and internal leadership team as neededAnalyzing, managing, and communicating changes to scope, budget, timelines as neededSet and follow an appropriate communication plan with clientsLead and motivate the delivery teamWHO YOU ARE2+ years experience in Project Management, preferably with Salesforce.Com / software projectsStrong organization skills, and attention to detailExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skillsExcellent client and internal facing communication skillsPost Secondary Education in a business or technology related fieldProject Management certification (PMP/CAP-M)Salesforce platform experience along with Salesforce certification(s) strongly preferredBASE SALARY RANGES$80,000 – $110,000 annuallyIndividual compensation is commensurate with skill set, relevant experience, and education. Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at Belmar.
