On-Site Project Coordinator (Residential Building)We are looking for aOn-Site Project Coordinator(CSR)to join our team at a residential building located in Richmond.This person will serve as a liaison between trades and residents, providing excellent customer service and assisting residents with their needs.The role involves overseeing building services, coordinating maintenance activities, communicating with residents, and maintaining the building’s calendar and access schedule.Knowledge of Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an asset.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service to residents.Handle a high volume of phone calls and respond promptly to inquiries.Coordinate and provide daily access for trades to the units.Communicate effectively with residents and trades via email.Create and organize the calendar of building visitors and maintenance schedules.Escort trades during unit visits (approximately 20–40 units per day).Qualifications & SkillsPrevious experience in client service.Experience as aConcierge ,Receptionist,
