Key responsibilities include unloading, sorting, and repacking regalia while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a team setting to support students and faculty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional service to graduates and faculty
• Unpack, sort, and prepare hoods and gowns
• Distribute regalia according to manager’s instructions




• Repack boxes post-ceremony quickly and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness in the hood and gown area
Requirements:
• Preference for current TRU students available for all event days
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift 25+ kg boxes as needed
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Reliable punctuality and teamwork orientation
