At RCA, we are dedicated to fostering a safe and nurturing environment where classroom excellence and spiritual mentorship prepare students to lead and serve with integrity.Reports to: Operations Manager or such other person as may be appointed by the Director.Overview: Our Bus Drivers play a vital role in bringing this mission to life by ensuring students from Preschool through Grade 12 have a safe, nurturing, and reliable journey to and from their educational activities.Key Responsibilities & Core CompetenciesSafe Operation: Safely operate a school bus on assigned routes and schedules.Student Wellbeing: Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during transport.Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.Workplace Management: Maintain order and enforce school bus safety rules.Professional Communication: Communicate professionally with students, parents,
