In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in being responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. This role involves leading a team of warehouse associates, coordinating activities, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in logistics or warehouse management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Rate: $23-24 per hour Schedule:



Flexible (Can be Mon-Fri | Tues-Sat | Sun-Thurs | Mornings and Evenings available) Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse associates; Train recent employees on company standards and procedures; Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity; Receiving and storing inventory delivered to the warehouse; Staging and sorting of items, palletizing, and crating; Provide regular reports on warehouse performance and key metrics (SLAs) to the operations leadership, Use of tools including but not limited to scanners, carts, hand trucks and dollies; Follow all 5S processes consistently and effectively; Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback; Ensure accurate inventory management, including stock counts and reconciliations; Implement and maintain warehouse processes and procedures to maximize efficiency; Enforce safetystandards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment; Address and resolve any issues related to damaged or missing goods; Liaise with other departments, such as procurement,
