Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service to members and volunteers
• Provide information on memberships and conduct facility tours
• Monitor facility activities and respond during emergencies




• Manage administrative tasks including cash balancing and feedback logging
• Foster community connections through relationship-building efforts
Requirements:
• High school diploma with one year of customer service experience
• Certification in Standard First Aid/CPR-C and AED
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech-savvy
• Commitment to inclusivity and responsiveness to diverse needs
• Valid G driver’s license and access to a vehicle recommended
