You will bring deep payroll expertise, strong attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex requirements while supporting employees and stakeholders with confidence.This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll skilled who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and working within a supportive, globally connected organization.What you will be doingProcess and administer payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legislation and Orica policiesProvide expert guidance on leave management and payroll-related inquiriesManage ServiceNow employee ticket requests related to payroll, ensuring timely and accurate resolutionComplete payroll GL reconciliations and support invoice paymentsExecute payroll inputs and coordinate with external payroll service providersAdminister region and country specific benefits programsSupport end-of-year payroll activities, reporting, and auditsProvide legislative advice related to payroll payments and compliancePrepare regular and ad hoc payroll reportsSupport ongoing compliance with statutory and reporting requirementsPrepare and issue Records of Employment (ROEs)
