You'll lead the team on the floor, set the pace across receiving, picking, staging, and shipping, and turn shift results into better ways of working.This is a hands-on leadership role on the evening shift, Monday to Friday, 2:00 p.M. to 10:00 p.M.You'll be the person on site who makes the calls when volume spikes, a shipment is late, or a process breaks. You'll work closely with the day shift and the FC Manager to keep the site running as one team.What You'll Be DoingEnsure that daily core activities (receiving, picking, staging, and shipping) are completed on time and in fullSupervise, train,
