Become an integral part of the interprofessional team as an Occupational Therapist. This role focuses on person-centred care, assessments, and enhancing patient outcomes in preparation for community discharge.As part of a energetic interprofessional inpatient team, the Occupational Therapist will assess and develop care plans tailored to enhance patient functionality. You'll be at the forefront of teaching and supervising students while guiding Occupational Therapist Assistants and volunteers in their tasks. Excellent communication and judgment are essential in this role, enabling you to effectively educate patients, families,
