As a Building Technician reporting to the Facilities Manager, your expertise is vital to our service delivery. This role involves hands-on maintenance, managing Planned Preventive Maintenance schedules, and coordinating third-party contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform hands-on maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Manage Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules effectively




- Resolve service requests via the CMMS ticketing system
- Coordinate work of third-party vendors and contractors
- Conduct regular site inspections ensuring safety compliance

Requirements:

- 3-5 years in building maintenance with HVAC experience
- Technical diploma in Building Systems or related field
- Proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical capacity to lift 50 lbs and work at heights
