Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing information and assistance to enhance their experience
- Manage guest inquiries with confidence, utilizing robust public speaking skills to communicate clearly and effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean,
organized environment in all guest-facing areas to promote safety and hospitality standards
Experience
- Experience in guest services roles within hospitality or entertainment settings is preferred
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures to ensure accurate financial transactions
- Food service experience is a plus, demonstrating comfort in fast-paced environments
- Passion for hospitality and creating welcoming atmospheres that make every guest feel special
Pay: From $18.25 per hour
Expected hours: 18.0 – 24.0 per week
