Full-Time Receptionist – Sherwood Kia

Sherwood Kia is looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Full-Time Receptionist to join our team at our brand-new, state-of-the-art dealership in Sherwood Park.

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, our Receptionist plays an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. We are looking for someone who is positive, dependable, well-organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers in a friendly and skilled manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department
- Assist customers with general questions and direct them to Sales, Service, Parts, or Finance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and dealership correspondence
- Assist with basic administrative duties, filing, scanning, and data entry
- Communicate effectively with all dealership departments
- Provide administrative support to management when required
- Help ensure customers receive prompt attention when entering the dealership
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable answering a multi-line telephone system
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience is an asset
