YOUR ROLE

As our Service Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the service department.

You'll lead the team, keep the operation moving, create an exceptional customer experience, and make sure the department hits its performance goals.

Lead & Develop Your Team

- Lead, coach and mentor service advisors, technicians and support staff




- Build a high-performance, accountable team culture
- Set clear expectations and help your team reach their potential
- Identify training and development opportunities

Own the Customer Experience

- Make sure every customer receives exceptional service
- Build relationships that turn first-time customers into long-term clients
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Step in and resolve challenging situations when needed

Run the Show

- Oversee the day-to-day operation of a busy service department
- Manage workflow, scheduling and technician productivity
- Keep jobs moving and ensure vehicles are completed on time
- Identify bottlenecks and find smarter ways to operate

Drive the Numbers

- Monitor service revenue, labour costs, parts sales and department profitability
- Track KPIs and use data to identify opportunities
- Develop strategies to hit — and exceed — department targets
- Review daily, weekly and monthly performance reports

Keep Standards High

- Maintain exceptional quality and safety standards
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Oversee parts and inventory management
- Minimize delays and keep the technicians productive

Solve Problems

When things don't go according to plan, you're the person who steps up.

You'll handle complex service issues, customer concerns and operational challenges with a calm, solutions-first approach.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone with experience, ambition and personality — someone who wants to build, not just manage.

You bring:





3–5+ years of experience in automotive service management or a similar leadership role.

A background as a Service Advisor, Technician or other automotive service professional is a major plus.

More importantly, you are:

- A natural leader who knows how to motivate people
- Hands-on and comfortable jumping in when the team needs you
- Customer obsessed without losing sight of the business
- Driven by results and motivated by hitting goals
- Organized enough to keep multiple moving pieces under control
- Business-minded with an understanding of profitability, labour and parts
- A strong communicator who can work with customers, technicians and leadership
- A problem solver who doesn't wait around for someone else to fix things
- Hungry to grow and ready for the next step in your career

Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (as needed)
