The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team on a 14-month contract.

If you’re someone who likes keeping things organized, figuring things out when plans change, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, you’ll probably enjoy this role.

You’ll be at the centre of our day-to-day logistics operations, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments and working with carriers, vendors, warehouses and internal teams to keep products moving.

This isn't a role where every day looks exactly the same. Priorities can shift quickly, shipments don't always go according to plan, and sometimes you'll need to dig in and figure out what happened. We're looking for someone who can stay organized, communicate clearly and keep things moving.

What You’ll Do

- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, vendors and warehouse partners
- Prepare and review bills of lading, commercial invoices and other shipping documentation
- Track purchase orders and shipments from origin through delivery




- Work closely with carriers and warehouse partners to resolve delays, discrepancies and other shipping issues
- Review freight invoices and investigate discrepancies
- Maintain accurate information in our ERP and logistics systems
- Support inventory and order flow across our brands and customers
- Communicate shipment status and issues to internal teams
- Help identify opportunities to make our logistics processes more efficient
- Pitch in where needed. We're a growing business, and we value people who are willing to help solve problems beyond the boundaries of their job description.

What You’ll Bring

- 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain or a similar role
- Hands-on experience coordinating freight and preparing shipping documentation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel skills and experience working with ERP or inventory systems
- Solid communication skills and the confidence to work directly with carriers, vendors, warehouses and internal teams
- The ability to manage multiple priorities without losing track of the details
- A practical, solutions-focused approach when something doesn't go according to plan

This is a full-time, 14-month contract position.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
