Love working with children and want hands-on ABA experience? Advance Therapy is hiring ABA Therapists for 1:1 in-home sessions with children on the autism spectrum in Regina and the surrounding area. You earn $29.00–$35.00 per hour plus mileage, receive on-the-job training, and work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). New graduates are welcome.

What you'll do

- Deliver 1:1 ABA sessions in clients' homes, following each child's individual treatment plan
- Use discrete trial teaching, natural environment teaching and other ABA strategies as directed by the supervising BCBA
- Record accurate session data on skill acquisition and behaviour programs
- Write short, objective session notes
- Share progress with the BCBA and, where appropriate, with caregivers
- Attend supervision, training and team meetings

What we're looking for

- Diploma or degree in a related field: Psychology, Behavioural Science, Child and Youth Care,



Early Childhood Education or similar
- Experience with ABA or with children with autism is an asset; new graduates and those working toward RBT certification are welcome to apply
- Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 driver's licence and a reliable, insured vehicle, required for in-home travel
- Explicit criminal record check with vulnerable sector search, or willingness to obtain one before starting
- Current First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain it
- Patience, reliability and clear written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset
