Law Clerk – Accident Benefits / Tort & C ommercial/Civil litigation Toronto, ON | Full-Time, Permanent Our client is a leading personal injury law firm with decades of experience advocating for clients across Ontario. They are currently seeking 2 experienced Law Clerks to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Accident Advantages and/or Tort Law , with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in personal injury, commercial litigation, civil litigation, or a related practice area .

Liaise with lawyers, paralegals, insurers, clients, and other legal professionals Draft pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents Review and summarize medical documentation and other relevant evidence Assist with litigation preparation,



including document review and production Provide general litigation and file management support to the legal team Minimum 2 years of relevant law clerk experience Experience in Accident Benefits, Tort, Personal Injury, Commercial Litigation, Civil Litigation , or a related practice area Strong knowledge of OCF forms and SABS is an asset for Accident Benefits candidates Experience with pleadings, document preparation, file management, and litigation processes Excellent grammar, spelling, proofreading, and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook Work with an experienced and reputable legal team Opportunity to grow and develop your legal career #
