About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on, proactive Accommodation Supervisor to join our team for the upcoming season. In this agile leadership role, you will be the operational backbone of our guest experience, ensuring our property remains spotless, fully functional, and welcoming.

This position focuses heavily on property operations: approximately 70% of your time will be dedicated to overseeing housekeeping, laundry, and light maintenance, while 30% of your time will be focused on Front Desk support, guest communications, and front-of-house coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping & Maintenance Leadership (70%)

- Conduct daily thorough inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and exterior grounds to uphold strict cleanliness and quality standards.
- Supervise, train, and support the housekeeping and laundry teams, stepping in hands-on during peak turns or tight turnover windows.
- Oversee commercial laundry operations, linen quality, turnaround times, and staging.
- Manage stock counts and supply orders for housekeeping chemicals, linens, guest amenities, cleaning gear, and routine maintenance parts.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to log work orders, inspect completed repairs, and perform basic preventative upkeep.
- Monitor equipment health (vacuums, washers/dryers, tools) and ensure safe handling of all hazardous cleaning products (WHMIS/OSHA standards).

Front Desk & Guest Services Support (30%)





- Assist the Front Desk during peak check-in/check-out surges, resolving guest inquiries and room assignments smoothly.
- Bridge the communication gap between the Front Desk and back-of-house teams to expedite room turns and special requests.
- Monitor front-office inventory (keycards, guest collateral, front-desk supplies).
- Lead by example across guest service touchpoints, handling escalations with professionalism and calm problem-solving.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping, facilities, or property operations; seasonal resort or multi-unit lodge experience is an asset.
- Hands-On Leadership: Willingness to lead from the front—ready to inspect, strip rooms, or assist desk queues when operational tempo demands it.
- Organizational Skills: Proven competence handling inventory tracking, supply ordering, and scheduling under tight seasonal turnaround windows.
- Communication: Clear, positive communication skills across diverse teams and high-touch guest interactions.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, stand, lift up to 40 lbs, climb stairs, and perform physical inspections throughout a standard shift.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week
