Responsibilities

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or Workday.
- Perform data entry with precision to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Reconcile accounts regularly to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Support payroll processing using systems like ADP, Ceridian, Kronos, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft.
- Assist with account analysis and budgeting activities to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Maintain detailed records of transactions and prepare reports for internal review and audit purposes.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Proven experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, or PeopleSoft.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, account reconciliation, and data entry accuracy.
- Familiarity with payroll systems including ADP, Ceridian, Kronos or UltiPro is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes within a rapid-paced environment.
- Excellent math skills with the ability to analyze accounts and perform detailed account analysis.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new accounting software platforms like UltiPro or Workday.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
